That done, Jinnie gives a good, hard, folded-arm blink, and disappears. She pops into the luxurious Arabian palace room of another djinni, this one in a story Jinnie once read from a friend of hers online. The reddish-brown-haired djinni in a bikini-like set of silver and indigo harem clothes is standing nearby with her naked 'slave-man'.
"Hello, Rebecca!" Jinnie greets the djinni.
"Hi, Jeannie. What brings you here?" Rebecca asks.
"Actually, I am not the djinni you think I am. My name is Jinnie, and I am a new djinni from another reality that you would probably only know as a story on the Internet. All of this is also just a story to me by a friend that liked the genre. And, another djinni that looks just like me granted my wish to look like her and be a free djinni without the need for a Master. Very much like yourself, Rebecca. I could show you more stories like it if you are interested?" Jinnie asks, keeping her arms down, but still ready to blink her magic.
"Not really. Why would either of us need the Internet when she can do this?" she says, and blinks her slave out. A pane of the air before her changes into the 'screen' of a computer, showing Jinnie that she just deposited her slave into a game-world with some kind of hideous monster about to dismember him.
"Yes, that is true," Jinnie agrees, and steps close to better see the screen. Both djinn watch as he is torn limb from limb in a rather gory manner, then Rebecca blinks him back to 'reality' unharmed physically. He is quivering so much in fear that Rebecca gets exasperated with him, and blinks him into a Jell-o dessert on a plate in the air. She waves her hand at 'him' and it floats away and out of sight. Now she can get back to her guest.
"So, I think my original question still stands, Jinnie. What interest do you have in me, other than as a djinni you read about?"
"Well, you see I used to be a man, but I really liked the idea my friend presented me about djinn only being allowed to be female, and then us being their masters, what with our truly unlimited powers and all. So, I wished to be a genie and a female, and this is what I got. I really like being a djinni, too. But, I think I need a little bit of training. Not so much in how to use my powers, though I would be happy to play with them with you and then you can see if I am good enough to go on my own. But, I really want to learn how to treat my 'slaves' for when I blink up a palace of my own. I also want to be able to surprise my girlfriend on her birthday with the same kind of 'gift' as I received. I think she would really enjoy this life," Jinnie adds, her grin with a touch of the same wicked mischief Rebecca is known for in the stories about her. Jinnie may just have to make her friend that wrote the stories into her first slave, too.
Rebecca returns the evil smile, knowing that she has a pupil that will learn her ways well. "I think your ex-girlfriend will love the chance, Jinnie. How long until her birthday? Not that it really matters with our control over time being what it is."
"That is true. Sharon's birthday is in three weeks, so we have plenty of time, and then we can change Time to get rid of all those unnecessary days in between."
"Good idea, Jinnie! You are thinking like me already. Now, let's go someplace where we have plenty of males to play with," Rebecca suggests, and blinks them out.
